Christmas Joyeux Noel

Celebrate Christmas with Cafe Barco from 25 November 24. Indulge in our festive Christmas menu featuring a delectable lineup of dishes: Lemon Basil Turkey Breast, Pan Seared Ribeye with Chimichurri, Honey Lemon Glazed Roasted Chicken (Half), and Miso Yuzu Panko Crusted Salmon.

Honey Lemon Glazed Roasted Chicken (Half)

30 Mins Prep time required. Reservation preferred. Perfectly roasted, tender, honey-lemon marinated chicken and served with a chive-infused sour cream sauce, accompanied by a selection of root vegetables.

Miso Yuzu Panko Crusted Salmon

Panko-crusted salmon, marinated in a tangy miso-yuzu marinate, served with a selection of roasted root vegetables and creamy mashed potatoes.

Pan Seared Ribeye with Chimichurri

Juicy, tender pan-seared ribeye steak topped with tangy chimichurri sauce and served alongside a selection of roasted root vegetables and creamy mashed potatoes.

Lemon Basil Turkey Breast

Tender turkey breast marinated in a zesty lemon and fragrant basil herb blend, then grilled to perfection. It is served alongside a selection of roasted root vegetables and creamy mashed potatoes.

All Day Breakfast

Big breakfast consisting of mushroom, toast, hashbrown, scrambled egg and tomatoes.

1. Big Breakfast*

Classic morning feast featuring perfectly scrambled eggs. sauteed mushrooms, ripe tomatoes on vine, crispy hashbrown, and a refreshing mesclun salad.

2. "BBB" Barco's Breakfast Burger

Hearty breakfast delight weith crispy turkey bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, creamy mayo, and tangy onion confit between brioche buns, served with fresh baby spinach and a side salad.

3. Yoghurt Bowl (V)

Creamy Yoghurt topped with sweet strawberries and blueberries, crunchy granola, honey, walnuts and pistachios.

Sandos

4. Mentaiko Egg Mayo Sando*

Lightly toasted bread filled with a rich and savory mix of mentaiko egg mayo, with a torch of tobiko for a burst of flavour.

5. Smoked Salmon Avo Sando

Smoked salmon, a whole fresh avocado, and dill with a creamy dill sauce, nestled between lightly toasted bread.

Double portobello burger with fries and side salad.

6. Double Portobello Burger*(V)

Grilled portobello mushroom, onion confit, fresh coral lettuce, tomato, and cheddar cheese between brioche buns.

7. Chicken Katsu Burger

Crispy chicken katsu topped with Barco brown sauce, mayo, coral lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, spring onion, and sesame seeds between brioche buns.

8. Angus Beef Burger*

Succulent Angus beef patty with onion confit, mayo, coral lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, and a spicy kick of pickled jalapeno between brioche buns.

Donburis

9. Summer Don*(V)

A refreshing Japanese rice bowl with sauteed mushrooms, pumpkin, edamame, pickled cucumber and tomatoes on vine, topped with nori, furikake, spring onion, and a drizzle of donburi sauce.

10. Curry Chicken Katsu Don

Tender chicken katsu served with a rice Japanese potato and carrot curry on Japanese rice, topped with seaweed and sesame seeds.

11. Miso Salmon Don*

A flavourful bowl of miso-glazed salmon with onsen egg, sauteed mushrooms and edamame on Japanese rice, topped with nori, furikake, spring onion, and a drizzle of donburi sauce.

12. Truffle Yakiniku Don

Savory yakiniku beef with a hint of truffle, with onsen egg, sauteed mushrooms and edamame on Japanese rice, ropped with nori, furikake and spring onion.

13. Mentaiko Pasta with Salmon*

Al dente linguine tossed in a creamy mentaiko sauce, topped with grilled salmon, onsen egg, tobiko, and seaweed for an umami-rich experience.

14. Harvest Pasta (V)

A flavourful combination of onsen egg, mushrooms, pumpkin, tomatoes, cucumbers, edamame on linguine, topped with chilli flakes, seaweed, spring onion and furikake.

Silky tofu served with a savory sesame dressing, topped with spring onion, nori, and sesame seeds.

Mentaiko Mayo Fries

Crispy golden shoestring fries drizzled with in house mentaiko mayo , tobiko and bonito flakes.

Chicken Karaage with Wasabi Mayo

Crispy chicken karaage topped with our in house wasabi mayonnaise sauce, furikake and nori.
